Day the Nineteenth: What quality or qualities of this god do you most admire? What quality or qualities of them do you find the most troubling?

The quality I admire the most is definitely his strength of self. A lot has happened to him since he hung himself, and I admire how he has taken the position he found himself in and embraced it.

I will never pooh-pooh him for his suicide. Never. Having “been there, attempted that” I get it, and I understand completely where his mind was, and why he choose to do what he did.

I appreciate how he has been patient with me and our relationship. He has never pushed me over the edge to embrace something we both know I’m not ready for, such as the Great Hunt. He is a wonderful teacher, an amazing man, and someone with such a fantastic sense of humour!

That all said, I have felt his darkness, and he has been angry and cross with me. And I know that there are sides to him that I haven’t seen, and that he may never show me, or show anyone. The Gods are not so different than us.
